The New Straits Times Press (NSTP) is set to hold the MyRumah property exhibition from Sept 21 to 23 this year. This property event expected to attract among 15,000 visitor that will be held at Mahkota Parade.
The exhibitors are property developers that come from southern region, banks and insurance companies.
In press statement, NSTP Advertisement general manager (agency, direct and special feature advertisement), Mr Roche Chew said the event is target for those Below 40 and Medium 40 income groups.
A variety of homes will be on sale ranging from RM200,000 to RM700,000. In the press conference, Roche encourage public to bring their families and friends to the exhibition because there will be a variety of activities like colouring contest and lucky draw at the My Rumah 2018 Melaka event.Lucky draw session will be held daily and visitors only need to stamp their ‘MyRumah passport’ at every booth to be eligible.
The projects in Melaka include a condominium development in Bukit Serindit (from RM232,000.00) , single and double-storey terrace and linked houses at Taman Desa Bertam in Bertam (from RM278,000), single storey bungalows and double-storey semi-detached houses in Taman Sutera Wangi in Batu Berendam (from RM580,000) and double-storey bungalows at Bandar Jasin Bestari in Bemban (from RM740,700).
The value of all the property involved is over RM1 billion. There will be attractive promotions, discounts and purcahse rebates for eligible buyers.
The showcase is open at Mahkota Parade from 10 am to 10 pm and admission is free.
The developer that will be participate include Bukit Pelali Sdn Bhd, Handal Group, SPNB Aspirasi, Potensi Lestari, Teladan Setia and others developers.
Amanah raya Bhd, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd, Kenanga Investors and Takaful Ikhlas Bhd also participate in the program.
